RESCHEDULING
*Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointments online. Please contact Krystal text, email or Social media to reschedule all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable all cancelled appointments will require a new deposit.
CANCELLATION
*Please provide at least 24 hour notice via text to cancel appointment. If CANCELLATION is due to the artist deposit will be refunded immediately to the form of payment you processed with. If you do a NO CALL NO SHOW you will be charged 50% of the full amount of the remaining balance with the card on file & banned from future bookings.

There are no guest allowed at the time of your appointment, no exceptions
Exfoliate and moisturize skin the night before your appoint. Arrive with a clean face to help ensure a flawless base application. Keep lips hydrated. please remove all excess facial hair (unwanted brow hair , unwanted peach fuzz, etc) as it can interfere with the makeup application. Highly Recommend
